Adding an approval workflow to activities enables your team to submit, approve and reject individual activities.
To add approval to your activiites, open your campaign and select your activity from the Campaign Builder tab.
Click the Required and Show as Multiple Activities boxes. This allows your team to submit, approve and reject individual activities.
